Cancellation Policy

Cancellation: Clients are permitted to cancel their appointments up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. To cancel, please contact OutMyFocus-Studios during our business hours. If you request a last-minute cancellation (less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time), you will still be required to pay the invoice in full. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you inform us at least 72 hours in advance. This allows us to manage our schedule and offer the slot to other clients. Booking Timeframe: You can book your session with us no earlierbefore the desired start time. This helps ensure our availability and gives us ample time to prepare for your session. Late Bookings: At OutMyFocus-Studios, we strive to accommodate our clients' needs. However, to ensure the highest quality service, we limit late bookings. Please reach out to us directly for any requests within a short timeframe. Group Bookings: We welcome group sessions with a maximum of 5 participants per booking. If your group exceeds this number, please contact us for special arrangements. Please note that we do not require deposits.
